All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after being placed. During peak season (November - December) orders will ship within 1-5 business days after the order has been placed.

We currently ship via FedEx and are always trying to find the best, most cost-effective shipping options available for our customers.

EASY RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Items purchased through beckbags.com may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of your order creation. Items must be in new, unworn condition and accompanied with the original sales invoice. Returns must be initiated via our self-service Exchange / Return Portal.

• We will provide you with a FedEx return label, and a $22 label fee will be deducted from your final refund.
• We’re pleased to offer one free exchange per order. If you decide to return your exchange item(s), the $22 return label fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.
• Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, no exceptions.
• Please note that you are required to use our shipping label for any and all refunds or exchanges 
• Do not send back any items without first creating your return/exchange in our Exchange / Return Portal. Items shipped back to us without an RMA will not be processed and will be returned to sender— no exceptions.
• Please allow up to 14 business days from the time your return arrives at our facility for our team to inspect and process your return. We will update you via email once we've issued your refund.
• Without exception, we will not offer refunds or exchanges for bags that come back with makeup, pen marks, missing tags, alterations, snags, picks, tears, pet hair, odors, stains, or any other type of damage or signs of wear under beck bags discretion.
